良志久Series 2

認定NPO法人侍学園スクオーラ・今人（通称サムガク）の創設者で理事長の長岡秀貴氏が学校設立を思い立ったのは、大学生時代の20歳の頃。

長野県上田市と沖縄の2校で活動を展開するサムガクは、画一的なカリキュラムで「教えて育てる」のではなく、自ら探し、求め、そして生徒、スタッフがともに成長できる「共育」を目指しています。合宿型訓練、総合学習、体験学習、就労体験など、さまざまな体験を通して、生徒たちは社会での自立を遂げて行きます。卒業後の就労率は100％です。

本冊子は、長岡秀貴が寄稿した記事の総集編になります。シリーズ2は2005年〜2006年の「信州民報」という新聞に掲載された内容になります。

Hidetaka Nagaoka, the founder and director of NPO Samurai Gakuen Schola Imagine ("Samugaku"), first came up with the idea of establishing a school when he was 20 years old and a university student.

Samugaku operates in two locations, one in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and the other in Okinawa Prefecture. Our school does not “teach and nurture” students with a Uniform Curriculum, but instead aims for “co-education” where students and teaching staffs explore on their own and grow together. We aim to become independent in society through a variety of experiences such as in-dormitory training, comprehensive learning, experiential learning, and work experience. The employment rate after graduation is so far 100%.

This book is a compilation of articles written by Hidetaka Nagaoka. Series 2 includes articles that appeared in the newspaper "Shinshu Minpo" from 2005-2006.
